This will become the card-upload and community feedback section. The backend tables are already in place for uploaded cards, images, tags, grade votes, recommendations, comments, and moderation.
1Upload front, back, and detail photos.
2Crop and present the card in a clean inspection viewer.
3Collect community grade estimates and submit recommendations.
4Decide whether grading is worth it based on consensus.
